This is the single best Goodcents that I've ever eaten at. There's a man on the slicer that remembers everyone's names and orders. It is incredibly clean and very fast. Goodcents' wheat bread is really, really good. They deliver! And that's all fine and great. The real kicker here is that between the Goodcents punch card and the weekly email and paper coupon deals they send out, I feel like I'm constantly eating the well made food here for very cheap or free! I wonder at times how the business model allows for all the discounts. When I worked across the street from here, I'd eat here 2-3 times a week sometimes. AND I'M NOT ASHAMED.

Just placed a five sandwich order online. Got all the way through the order and cannot find where I enter the delivery instructions. So I called, no driver tonight. That was the only reason we ordered from Goodcents! Left the order intact. Went and picked it up and drove back to the office, only to find the chips and cookies that were ordered were not included in the bag - quality control issues at a minimum. So I called and asked to speak to the manager. The woman on the phone said she was the manager, Trish. I explained that I was not happy because my order was shorted and that there was no indication that deliver was not available until AFTER the order was entered, and then I had to call at that! She said "Sorry." No, I didn't believe her either. She then told me I could always call back the next day and speak to the general manager AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! You better believe I'll be calling back to speak to the GM tomorrow. This is the SECOND TIME in the two times I've ordered from here that things were left off my order and the staff was RUDE! No, we will not ever be back.

Goodcents is my favorite cold sub place, and this location is fine, but not for lunch! I've gone twice in the last week and both times, ordering different things, the staff seemed to not understand what goes on certain sandwiches, and today, I ordered their cup of soup and side salad for lunch because I wanted something warm but nothing too big. I know it's not this particular location's fault, but do NOT go to Goodcents looking for a decent salad. What I got was some pathetic salad mix, and they put the ingredients for the sandwiches on the salads. I don't know about you, but I don't want chunks of sliced cheese and large tomatoes on my salad. Is it so much to ask that if they sell salads to also have proper toppings? Their sandwiches are good, but they need to stick to that.

Yes, I AM writing another Mr Goodcents review. I already expressed my undying love for the chain in my review of the Brookside location, so no need to repeat that. But there is one thing that makes this location worthy of an additional review: DELIVERY! That's right, The Goodcents on Rainbow will deliver to the River Market, and presumably the rest of downtown. Now, you have to call, because when you try and order online they will say you are out of the area. But call, and they'll do it no problem. And it actually comes pretty fast, too! I find it funny that Goodcents, which is 5.7 miles from my home (according to Google Maps) will deliver to me, while Jimmy Johns, 0.8 miles away, says " No way, Jose! You're too far". Goodcents kicks Jimmy Johns' ass.

Love this place! In fact, love every Goodcents I have been to. Working in this area has made this place my go to place for lunch. Workers here remember your order. Food is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

Walked into this place the first time in my life today, but you had never known it. The front line staff all greeted me and started interacting from second one. I ordered the Chicken Bacon Sub. It was great. The bread wasn't real thick.The ingredients were fresh and they put the condiments on it just right. Very clean store. Will go back often!

I normally just buzz through the drive-thru and pick up a sandwich, but I dined it for the first time and I'm so glad that I did. The employees here are happy, fun, cheerful and seem to really enjoy their job. It made for a fun afternoon lunch experience. Of course my sandwich was great, goodcents sandwiches always are, but I will definitely skip the drive-thru from now on and dine in!

I used to go to Mr G's a lot in Raytown, but had a couple of bad experiences in Shawnee and Midtown so haven't been for years. I love a place with a drive thru and the sandwiches were great. Funny thing is... I ordered two sandwiches and two cookies. Got those, lots of plastic knives and forks ?? and ONE napkin. Wow, I usually don't share my napkin with my dining partner....

Good subs and they deliver to Rivermarket/downtown. What more do you need? They even delivered yesterday during the snowstorm and saved my co-workers and me from starvation. Bravo.

Why am I a fan? Did you see the Coke machine?? Over 100 combinations of flavor all by touch screen. Yes, touch screen. Want a Diet Coke? Do you want to add vanilla, lime or raspberry? I had watched a show on this machine & it was soo cool to see it in person and play with it. The problem is I was there at lunch and there is only one machine so the line was super long and I did not get a chance to really play with it and explore all the flavor combinations. The food was food. It is a Mr. Goodcents, after all. The staff was friendly and they moved the line through quite quickly. Not sure how the drive-thru aspect works, as I enjoy seeing the toppings I am choosing for my sandwich.

This is a new corporate flagship and change for Goodcents. No longer subs and Pasta to Deli Fresh Subs. Check out the drink machine, I got peach flavored water, out of the 150 choices.

Best franchise sub shop in the area. They always have fresh ingredients, good selection of $5 footlong subs, toasted subs, and they keep the place clean and sanitary. The food has a very consistent taste, portioning and preparation too. Some of the other brands of sub shops in town will skimp on meat or cheese, but this Goodcents gets it right every time. The employees and managers are always smiling, friendly, greet me when I walk in, and ask me how I'm doing too.

OK - I am a total sucker for Mr. Goodcents in general. If I were to pick my favorite sandwich shop, Mr. Goodcents would win hands down. This Goodcents, however, is particularly awesome. I just got done with an intense workout at the gym and I was craving a fresh and moderately healthy sub for lunch. I was in no condition to be standing in close proximity to anyone at all, so I was going to count Mr. Goodcents out. While driving by the brand new store on my way to some other sub par sub shop, I noticed a drive through. Yahoo! I approached with mild trepidation because sometimes when a restaurant just slaps on a drive through window you get either super slow service or the quality of food is less than if you had gone into the restaurant. Well this was definitely not the case. I was able to get through the drive through line, pay for my sandwich and receive my food in less than five minutes. The quality of food was fantastic as well. Turkey was fresh, bread was baked perfectly, and they were able to get my somewhat bizarre order correct. I am so glad to have this addition to the neighborhood. Now if only they delivered to Hyde Park... But that is a whole other story for a different day.
